Use our Perfect Start Checklist below to have a great first week experience and set yourself up for success:

  • Arrive to your first class 15 minutes early. You will need to complete a waiver and have the instructor show you around.
  • Bring a water bottle with you to stay hydrated during your workout. Please bring something with a cap or lid.
  • Let the instructor know if you have an injury or issue that will require alternatives or modifications.
  • During your first week, we recommend you stick with these classes: The Sizzler, Burn Fusion, The Blender, Fitness Tornado, Core Cardio Blast, Burst 30, Cycle30, Cycle45, Cycle60, and Interval Express.
  • If you aren’t feeling well during class, slow things down – remember, this is an interval based system and you determine the pace. The first week, your body is learning something new! The goal is to get through the entire hour!
