Group Fitness

We offer dozens of one of a kind group fitness class options each week that provide a unique blend of intervals, equipment, and recovery periods.

We provide a variety of class times as well, including early morning (5am-8am), noon hour, evening (5pm-8pm), and even weekends!

Our team of group fitness instructors will help you get the most out of each class at NGPT. That includes providing additional options if you need low-impact or alternate exercises.

When you take a class at NGPT you will see people representing all fitness levels and age ranges from 18-80!
